Alaska USDA Income Limits (FY2026)

USDA caps total household income for the Guaranteed Loan program. In Alaska, the FY2026 limits are the same in all 30 boroughs and census areas, but USDA sets two tiers: one for areas with a road system and a higher one for areas without a road system.

Area Type1–4 Person Household5–8 Person Household
Areas with a road system (115%)$145,600$192,200
Areas without a road system (150%)$218,900$288,950

Figures are FY2026, from USDA Rural Development’s Guaranteed Housing Program income limits (revised July 13, 2026), which list both tiers for every Alaska area from Anchorage to the Yukon-Koyukuk Census Area. The limit applies to household income.
